Returns & Exchanges

At Calypso Customs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
